Parts of the Galafilm documentary series, The War of 1812, may leave some viewers with the mistaken impression that, while a large monument has been erected on Queenston Heights to honour the memory of General Isaac Brock, only a small stone honours Tecumseh. There is, in fact, a monument dedicated to the memory of Tecumseh. It is under the auspices of the Ontario Archaeological and Historic Sites Board, and located on Highway 2, just past the turnoff to Moraviantown, 77 km from London, Ontario.
